This week we finalised our thinking about ecosystems being a complex balance of living things. The children identified that everything within an ecosystem is interconnected and if we were to remove one thing, it would cause an imbalance in the ecosystem. From their research on habitats, the children further explored food chains and food webs and organised information to explain how different living things were interdependent in this way. Look at the photos below to see the different steps in the sorting process. Next WeekJust a reminder about the busy week next week.
